Are your items weatherproof?
All items are completely sealed against the weather. Our flowerpots are made of terra cotta, so they need to be brought indoors for harsh weather in the winter. Mailboxes should be treated with regular car wax every six months for added protection. Wash items carefully with gentle soap and water. Care sheets are provided when necessary.
Are mailboxes painted on both sides?
Yes, they are painted on both sides, with accent painting on the front. You may personalize your mailbox on the side, the front, or both with your house number, your name, or anything you’d like. It’s free!
How long will it take to process my order?
We make every effort to get your items to you as quickly as possible. As all of our items are customized just for you, and are a one-of-a-kind piece of art, our shipping times are 4-6 weeks. Timing will depend on our current volume of orders. Certain times of the year are busier than others. If you have a deadline to meet, call or email us and we will make every effort to get your order to you in time.
We also have items that are already complete and can be shipped very quickly. Call us for descriptions, and pictures.
Do you have gift certificates?
Yes. You choose the amount of the gift certificate and we can send it to you, or to the recipient. They choose their item and design and we will send it directly to them. If you’d like to choose a gift for someone else we will mail the item directly to the recipient and include a hand painted gift card to match the item.
How do I pay for my order?
We are partnered with PayPal so you can choose your form of payment. They offer you safe, secure transactions. If you sign up with PayPal you can also pay directly from your checking or savings account. For more information, please visit www.paypal.com. We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. I don’t want to use PayPal. Can I still place an order?
Of course! We realize not everyone is comfortable ordering items online. Give us a call at 715.695.3187 and we will take your order and give you a price so you can mail us a money order or cashier’s check.
How do I know my order has been shipped?
Once your item has been shipped we will email you. Shipments will be mailed via USPS.
Do you take wholesale orders?
We do not normally take wholesale orders. If you are a shop owner who would like to carry our items, please call or email us and we will discuss pricing with you.
What is your Privacy Policy?
Designs by Debra is committed to keeping the trust our customers have placed in us. You have our guarantee that we will never share information about you with anyone. This includes your name, address, telephone number and email address. Your billing information will remain confidential and will only be used to process your order, ask for feedback or send free information upon your request.
